“The Watchers” new lithograph print

Blackrock Editions and I are very pleased to announce the release of The Watchers, a limited edition of 14, four-color lithograph print―the result of a printmaking collaboration from March through October 2020. The Watchers is evocative of nineteenth century lithographs with its delicate line work and elegant combination of warm and cool grays ranging from deepest black to palest pink french gray. Working on the limestone was a wonderful experience as not only did I feel connected to an old traditional medium, but the stone was responsive to the lightest and most delicate marks. This collaboration is truly a labor of love consisting of several weeks of planning, drawing, adjusting, and proofing to achieve the final print.
